She has experience of all areas from 360 recruitment to running a team, Heading up Talent Acquisition at a leading media agency and SaaS platform, start up recruitment, fractional & implementation & set up of talent acquisition departments. Predominant industries are Learning recruitment and Tech, Finance and Media but Laura can work across any vertical.

Theresa Wood has decades of experience in search and selection. Theresa will facilitate the growth of start up recruitment & established teams across the many genres of commerce and company function.
A wide reaching knowledge and contact base together with intuitive people skills allows Sourcing SaaS to utilise her to locate and acquire otherwise hidden gems within the current talent-sphere.
Commercial acumen & coal-face experience underpins Theresa's renown intuition when it comes to selecting the right people for the job.
Theresa's clients go back decades, there isn't a role she can't recruit for. She has coached young teams through to boards. Learning recruitment is her forte but Theresa can recruit anyone at any level!
